How to use

1. Apply at least a 1-inch strip of toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least one minute, twice a day (morning and evening).
3. Ensure all sensitive areas of the teeth are brushed.
4. Do not use more than three times a day, or as advised by your dentist.
5. Spit out after brushing and avoid swallowing the product.
