How to use

1. Wash your hands and the utensils you will use.
2. Put 5 tablespoons (30g) of cereal into a clean bowl.
3. Add about 80ml (just over 1/4 cup) of the milk you are currently feeding your baby.
4. Mix well until smooth and check the temperature before feeding.
5. Feed your baby with a clean spoon and discard any unfinished portion.
