How to use

1. Wash your hands and the utensils you will need.
2. Put 4 tablespoons (about 30 g) of cereal into a clean bowl.
3. Add about 70 ml (just over a quarter cup) of water and mix well. Do not add salt or sugar.
4. Feed your baby with a clean spoon and do not keep any unfinished portion.
