How to use

1. Add 20 g (about 4 heaped teaspoons) of Milo to a cup.
2. Dissolve in 200 ml hot water and stir well.
3. For a creamier cup, dissolve in 100 ml hot water and 100 ml hot low-fat milk instead, then stir well and enjoy.
