How to use

1. Shake the can well before use.
2. Hold the can upright about 15cm from the skin and spray evenly onto all exposed areas.
3. Rub in gently for even coverage, avoiding the eyes and mouth.
4. Apply generously 15-20 minutes before sun exposure.
5. Reapply after swimming, towelling, sweating, or every two hours during prolonged sun exposure.
