How to use

1. For oral use, mix one tablespoon of powder into water or another liquid of choice and drink quickly.
2. For a face mask, mix one to two tablespoons of powder with water to form a paste.
3. Apply evenly to the face, neck and chest before the paste dries.
4. Leave on for about 10 minutes, then rinse off with water and a mild soap.
5. Follow with a moisturiser if your skin feels dry afterwards.

Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding.
