How to use

1. Wash your hands and the utensils you'll be using.
2. Put approximately 7 tablespoons (30g) of cereal into a clean bowl.
3. Add about 140ml (just over 1/2 cup) of the milk your baby is currently drinking and mix well.
4. Do not add salt or sugar.
5. Feed your baby with a clean spoon and do not keep any unfinished portion.
