How to use

1. Wash your hands before use.
2. Find a comfortable position, such as standing with one foot raised or sitting on the toilet.
3. Gently insert the tampon using your finger, guiding it upward and backward into the vaginal canal until the string is the only part remaining outside.
4. Change the tampon every 4 to 8 hours, always using the lowest absorbency needed for your flow.
5. To remove, gently pull the string downward and dispose of the tampon in a bin, not the toilet.

Always read the package insert before use. Ask your pharmacist if you have any questions.
