How to use

1. For daily hair care, massage a small amount of oil into the scalp using your fingertips.
2. For a hot oil treatment, warm the bottle in a bowl of warm water (do not microwave the bottle or heat water with the bottle inside).
3. Massage the warmed oil into scalp and hair, cover with a plastic cap and leave for 15–30 minutes.
4. Shampoo and condition as usual, then style as desired.
5. For skin, apply a small amount to dry areas and reapply as needed.
