How to use

1. For a meal replacement: mix four level scoops (53g) of Replace Junior into 190ml of cold water, stirring gradually until the powder is fully dissolved.
2. For a light snack: mix two level scoops (27g) of Replace Junior into 95ml of cold water, stirring gradually until the powder is fully dissolved.
3. Do not add salt or sugar to the mixture.
4. Shake or stir well before drinking.
5. Consume the reconstituted shake within 4 hours, or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
6. Once opened, use the tin within one month and reseal tightly after each use.
