How to use

1. Wash your hands carefully.
2. Wash the bottle, teat and cap or cup and spoon, then boil for 5 minutes and leave covered until use.
3. Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool to body temperature.
4. Follow the feeding table exactly: pour the water into the bottle or cup first, then add the powder using only the scoop provided, levelling off the extra powder.
5. Cap and shake the bottle, or stir with a sterilised spoon, until the powder is fully dissolved. Check the temperature before feeding.
6. Ensure the scoop is dry and store it back in the tin after use.
